  • Be an authorized cardholder or account-holder of a prepaid card issued by SouthState Bank, N.A., Member FDIC.

 

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. Unauthorized use of the Services by individuals who do not meet these criteria is prohibited.

  1. Prepaid Card Services

The Services enable users to view and manage prepaid card accounts issued by SouthState Bank. Features may include access to balance information, transaction history, direct deposit instructions, and card management tools.

 

Your use of prepaid card features is governed by the Cardholder Agreement issued by SouthState Bank. These Terms do not modify or replace the Cardholder Agreement, which you must accept separately in order to use the card services.

  1. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information,
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials,
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or suspicion of fraud or misuse.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Consumer Privacy Policy and Online Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policies.

  1. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) – California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

All content, features, and functionality included in or made available through the Services—such as the website and mobile applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, software, source code, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of Kurense, its licensors, or other content providers, and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

 

You may use the Services only for your personal, lawful, and non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Services in any form or by any means without our prior written permission;
  • Use our name, logos, product or service names, trademarks, or other branding elements without our prior written consent;
  • Create derivative works or attempt to reverse engineer any software provided through the Services.
